Such a fun holiday story! I have a fond spot in my heart for ugly sweaters myself, so snapped up this jolly-sounding book. I was hooked the moment Dan and Jake had their cute meet. It was more than cute. It was adorable, and not in the sticky sweet way of implausible meets. It unfolded in unexpected ways and the attraction was as delightful as it was inexplicable to the rest of the world. Because can anyone explain something like a fascination with ugly sweaters or another man's soul-revealing secret? I loved these two men together and recommend this book for a nice read during the holidays, preferably with a plate of cookies and a steaming cup of hot cocoa.Product details

This is a wonderful story to sit down with a hot cup of holiday feels. The characters are adorable and charming and while there is driving drama, it's not DRAMA. I want to say that it was too short, but the story itself was paced wonderfully and so I think a sequel or spin off would be better than falsely extending it. The length makes it perfect for a smartphone read, even if you aren't really into that. I read it in a waiting room and honestly, it got me into the Christmas spirit more than every song in every store.
5/5 Would recommend to anyone who likes boy love and Christmas.

Short but complete and very well written. I will never understand an author's creativity; we've all seen ugly Christmas sweaters (and owned a few), but this one was the ugliest of the ugly. And it led to love. A sweet story with an unusual Christmas gift that was enjoyed by all, including me. Really enjoyed this story. Perfect to get into the season.
What can I say about this book except – adorable. Dan found the world’s ugliest sweater at a fair and despite the admonishments of his fashionable boyfriend to leave it alone, he ends up returning to get it. Because, after all, no one will love it like he will. And he wears the monstrosity which yes, turns into a breakup for Dan and said boyfriend.
It’s that same sweater that attracts the eye of a very fashionable hot guy in a coffee shop. A quick blow job in the bathroom, immediately followed by cutie turning tail and running away. What’s an ugly sweater wearing boy to do but move on. Until his coworkers hear a voice on the radio looking for the ugly sweater man. And so Dan gets a second chance with Jake, a very popular DJ.
I loved reading about these two trying to get to know each other and see what happens while they deal with the differences of a well known DJ and a gym instructor, especially since that DJ is hiding a secret.
Just all around a happy holiday story, far fetched a bit but silly in the best way.
“Jake helped with the jacket, and between obscene, open-mouthed kisses that Dan would never have dared attempt under better lighting, they removed Jakes’ tie, shirt, shoes, socks, and finally trousers.”

Dan loves to wear his ugly sweater every holiday. And because of this sweart he’s lost out on three relationships. Which is why he is now spending the holidays with his parents at their house. Down on his luck, he swears he’ll never meet the right guy, in walks hottie Jake. Jake is a lot different than Dan, he’s sexy with a rocker vibe to him. Jake is instantly drawn to Dan and his hideous sweater and Dan isn’t quite sure how to take Jake’s response to it. Is Jake serious about it?? But before he can ask him Jake disappears into the night, never to be seen from again that evening. That is until Jake makes a plea over the radio airwaves for the man in the ugly sweater. Dan of course is elated and jumps at the chance to spend an evening with Jake. There’s instant attraction between these two as they enjoy their whirlwind romance. The problem?? Jake won’t take Dan back to his apartment. What’s Jake hiding??
Okay this book was super corny, but so darn cute!! I really fell in love with the story and the characters!! It’s a short read but packs a cute punch.

A cute quick read. Fun with the ugliest Christmas sweater in the world, and two very sweet guys. It's silly fluffy fun, perfect for this time of year.
Cute book, fast read, although a couple o words used wrong and calling Dan Dave one took me from the book some.
This is a fun Christmas Romance. We get a nice love story but I would have loved more couple time as the heroes danced around each other a bit too much. Funny and charming overall.
